Yes, the profile types differ from each other and are divided into four categories:

“I'm a Lover” is the profile perfect for all the enthusiasts who do not work in the sector and through the subscription will be able to buy, browse the news, receive event invitations, interact with manufacturers, etc. The subscription is free.

“I'm a Journalist” is the profile suitable for all journalists, press offices, publishers and bloggers who will be able to issue press releases, buy the products on sale, browse the news, gain access to events, interact with all other profiles. The subscription is free.

“I'm an Operator” is the profile dedicated to all professionals and companies working in the sector, but who do not produce jewelry. This includes all entities offering useful services to the jewelry world. For example: Artisan, Auction House, Company, Comunication Agency, Event/Fair, Gemological Institute, Gemologist & Valuer, Insurance Company & Broker, Location, Organization, Packaging Company, Photographer, Press Office, Printer – Typographer, Raw Materials Dealer, School, Tech Company, Tools Machineries. Through this profile they will be able to promote themselves, advertise their services, buy , consult and publish news, join events and interacts with all other users. The subscription is free and optional paid services are available.

“I'm a Brand/Retailer” is the profile for all jewelry manufacturers and retailers, for example brands, artists, artisans, galleries, jewelry stores, concept stores, etc. This category of users will be able to choose to display their products and also sell them. Through this profile it will be possible to sell, buy, consult and browse the news, join events and interacts with all other users. The subscription is free and optional paid services are available.

Yes, the subscription is always free and offers a series of useful services. However, optional paid services are available.

You can choose three management packages: SILVER, which consists in the activation of the profile and the initial upload of the products, the GOLD which adds to the silver the unlimited modification of the products or the PLATINUM, which adds to the gold option the management of the products in the warehouse and shipping to customers.

Delivery costs are determined by each individual seller and are always visible within the page dedicated to each jewel. Some sellers offer free delivery. Costs can vary depending on the buyer’s geographical area.

It depends, sellers on OVERJEWELS come from around the world, thus possible customs charges are to be evaluated based on the country of origin and destination of the package. No customs charges apply for delivery within the European Union. In doubt, we suggest contacting the seller before your purchase.
