Half

This pair of earrings is a playful wink to the “brincos à rainha” (“queen’s earrings”) that are handed over through the generations as family heirlooms particularly in the Minho region. With his design of the “half earrings”, Filipe breathes some fresh air into this traditional piece of jewellery making it current and fun to wear, while keeping it special and unique. The lightness of the jewel is enhanced by colouring only a small part of it as well as its movement.
