The UK’s NAJ and Sheffield Assay Office’s Striking Futures event returns in October to support those starting out in the jewellery industry

Following the successful launch of the Striking Futures initiative last year, The National Association of Jewellers and Sheffield Assay Office will host the second event on October 9th with a keynote presentation from Jessica Flinn-Allen, founder of the award-winning Jessica Flinn Jewellery.

Taking place at the Sheffield Assay Office, the free-to-attend event is designed to help early-career jewellery professionals within the industry.

NAJ Chief Executive Officer Ben Massey says: “We are delighted to bring the Striking Futures event back to Sheffield following its successful debut last year. It’s the perfect opportunity to get practical advice on starting a business or career in the jewellery trade and learning more about the help and services both the NAJ and Sheffield Assay Office can provide.”

The event takes place on Monday, October 9th, at 1pm and comprises a series of talks, tours and networking opportunities.
